Why Join?

The purpose of the Association is to maintain and enhance the value of our homes while fostering a strong sense of community among residents.

Annual dues are $100.00 per year, payable by January 31st. These funds are used for the upkeep of the neighborhood entrance, utilities, painting, landscaping, and general repairs. When funds allow, the Association also supports occasional community events.

Without an active homeowners association, neighborhoods can quickly lose their visual appeal and long-term property value stability. In many communities without organized maintenance, entrance areas fall into disrepair, which can negatively impact curb appeal and make homes more difficult to sell.

Thanks to the support of our members, Ashe Plantation has been able to maintain a well-kept entrance, including regular mowing, painting, fresh pine straw installation, replacement of trees and plants, fertilization, aeration, and upkeep of the neighborhood signage. These improvements require ongoing planning, effort, and consistent financial support from dues-paying members.
