This neighborhood is unique to the Charlotte area with it's large lots, no through traffic, and is nestled among a mature forest of hardwoods. A mix of folks in age and lifestyle live in this neighborhood. Many families have small children, but there are also homes owned by older adults. The neighbors take pride in their homes and are comfortable looking out for one another and offering a helping hand when needed. Ashe Plantation is located in the town of Mint Hill and the neighborhood is easily accessible from NC: 51 or I-485 (Exit: 44). 


In our Town of Mint Hill you will feel right at home. it is just a few miles from Charlotte and close to the Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills Outlet Shopping Center. This is also a perfect spot to live in North Carolina because we are just a couple of hours from the Mountains to the west and the Beaches to the east.
